Lin’s Bee Farm, a family run enterprise, is one of Israel’s leading manufacturers of honey and honey-based health products. Following the Mediterranean food event in the Galeria Kaufhof stores last year, Lin’s Bee Farm began supplying the German retailer with a range of premium products – Jerusalem Honey, and a selection of walnut and honey halva spreads.
“We began selling in August last year, following a marketing strategy in cooperation with Kaufhof’s marketing department,” says Netta Lin-Cohen, Marketing Manager for Lin’s Bee Farm. “Due to the war that broke out in July last year, we weren’t expecting high sales. However, we were pleasantly surprised - Kaufhof has reordered the first line of products ordered, as well as another three products from the line. We are very happy with the cooperation of the marketing management in Germany, and hope to continue supplying Kaufhof with more of our products.”
Established in 1972, all Lin’s products are manufactured using only the finest raw ingredients, state-of-the-art packaging equipment, with special attention to presentation, thus positioning the products in the natural gourmet category. Lin’s products do not contain preservatives or chemicals and are gluten, dairy and soy free.
Lin’s Bee Farm is especially famous for its royal jelly with propolis, ginseng or pollen in pure citrus honey, and recently became involved in developing & producing a new line of products based on organic honey, organic herbs, tinctures and multivitamins.
“By constantly emphasizing research and development, Lin's Bee Farm produces innovative, all natural and certified organic products containing ingredients with healing properties,” Lin states.
