A Dreidel for baby
A Dreidel for baby

What do you give the Jewish baby who has everything? Well, as it is now around Chanukah time, then the rather fabulous ďMy First DreidelĒ is something for them.

Produced by Rite Lite, purveyors of fine as well as kitsch Judaica since 1949, the My First Dreidel is a plush toy suitable for babies of all ages and not only spins but also plays The Dreidel Song.

Itís ultra soft and easy for a baby to get their hands on. With Hebrew letters on each side, itís also a great visual introduction to learning Hebrew especially if people around the baby tell them what the letters are. Plus, with the sing-a-long dreidel song, there are endless hours of fun to be had.

Of course, this being a Chanukah toy and Jews loving to spell anything to with Chanukah is many way, dreidel is spelt as draydel. So if you are going out to try and fine this little wonder, then look out for it as My First Draydel.

With a recommended price of around $6.95 (or around £5 in the UK), this is one essential plush toy for every Jewish baby.
