For the orthodox Jewish woman who wants to buy clothes that aren't frumpy comes Funky Frum.
The brainchild of 28-year-old Rachel Lubchansky who lives in St Louis, Missouri, Funky Frum is about empowering Jewish women with a range of clothes that are modest but modern at the same time.
From tops and skirts to wedding dresses, Funky Frum which went online last summer offers a wide range of clothes for all occasions.
Lubchansky attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she got a BA in integrated marketing communications.
When she came back to St Louis from the bright lights of New York, Lubchansky realised there was a lack of stylish clothes which orthodox Jewish women could wear and buy and with one eye to seizing an opportunity and another to providing a valuable service, came up with Funky Frum.
"The biggest issue modesty-abiding modern women face today is the limited assortment of stylish clothing currently available at retail," Lubchansky said.
Since launching, orders have come in not just from her local area but also across the States and from other countries including the UK.
Prices start from $19.99 at sale prices for long sleeve tops and go up with a variety of sizes and colours across its range of clothes.
